Shounuo acquired German special polymer material company

Etimex solar is a supplier of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) sealing materials for the solar photovoltaic market. Its vistasolar products are manufactured in dieten, Germany. It includes ultra fast vulcanized EVA film and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film with new application rangeshounuo company paid 240million euros for this business, which can meet the needs of aircraft offline before 2025. The company's net income in 2009 was 31 million dollars (23 million euros), and its profit before interest and tax was about 34 million dollars (25 million euros).
