the project has met the classification requirements of the Classification Society for the intelligent engine room and realized the development of the world's first w5x52 engine through the torsional vibration monitoring of the shafting, the joint commissioning of the intelligent system and the manufacturing of the first w5x52 engine

the main innovation points and breakthrough key technologies of the project are as follows:

1 The comprehensive application technology of various sensors

adopts wireless transmission, oil rejection temperature measurement and other technologies to realize the real-time monitoring of the operation of cylinder liners, crosshead bearings, crank pin bearings, piston rings and other components

2. Multi dimensional intelligent monitoring and control technology

through the integration of intelligent monitoring systems such as combustion, piston operation and so on, which have great interest in the publication of the complete hackitt report, such as operation, torsional vibration, bearing temperature and bearing wear, real-time monitoring the operating status of the diesel engine, realizing the dynamic adjustment and control of the operating parameters of the diesel engine, ensuring the load balance of each cylinder of the diesel engine and achieving the effect of low fuel consumption

3. Ultra length diameter ratio deep hole processing technology

As a new generation of green and environmental friendly intelligent diesel engine, it has been unanimously recognized by users and has remarkable social and economic benefits. The overall technology of the project has reached the domestic leading and international advanced level
